The sheer amount of features and capabilities in Twice, are what make it an easy choice. As a web developer, it's an invaluable resource for rental ecommerce - giving our team the ability to integrate everything we'd need while being the best choice for the retail company in servicing clients, managing inventory and payments with unmatched control. What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

At the time it isn't possible to adjust products, we would like to rwnt products in stock, like 10 at a time. Will be in the further we hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

I was looking for a selling platform that would enable me to take online reservations for campsites and trailer park sites. I was originally experimenting with Shopify and Wix but it seems surprisingly difficult to find apps or widgets suitable for this kind of multi-day reservation. I just needed something simple. Rentle has been really easy to set up so far and the functionality of the reservation system is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

I'm hoping that once I upgrade my site to the paid 'Discovery' plan that I will be able to customize more of the colors and design of the site. There are a few things I would like to remove from the 'ABOUT' section of my website like store hours, but I can't figure out how to do that yet. Hopefully the paid plan will give me more design flexibilty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand that the customisation capabilities are quite limited at the moment, and it's something that we're working on -- for example the Branding Add-on is now available to all users. Quick tip: although, unfortunately, there's no one-click way to do that in the moment, removing opening hours from your settings also should also remove the respective line from the "About" page.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

I really like the UI-Design and how easy it is to get started and get your first items up and running. Implementing the plugin in our Wordpress website was pretty easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

Something I think can be aprooved in the future would be more ways to customize the checkout process and more ways to customize the timeslots during the booking process so that everyone can choose whatever date they want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried coding the website which can be done but required time considering all the features, using wordpress or prestashop takes also too much time. Shopify is good for selling but not for renting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

I am honestly still thinking about moving to a fully code website when i have the time, but i didn't have time to try all the features on the free plan yet. Maybe it will be enough, I need more languages (french especially), also I want to be able to create apointment to try the clothes (I am building a clothe rental website) before booking the rental period

I need to make sure it's fully optimized for SEO, google business .... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

Twice is extremeley helpful because itprovides a simply way to cover the needs of my business. Being a rental business, there are particular nuances in terms of availability of my products. Rentle does a great job providing a solution that allows clients to reserve my products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

I don't like that its difficult to sync my order requests up to my other booking calendars. This prevents me from from enabling instant book capailities through rentle. I also wish I could be alerted via text message when I get a booking request Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twice Commerce?

Global rental platform with sales, rental and re-commerce : good number features

Automated deposit "rentle payment" with 30 days

Automatic emails (I haven't tested this option yet)

The way to connect any rental product on a website (by iframe)

Multilingue support is good

The possibility to swtich between delivery or pickup

What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?

1/ Bundles package are not personnalized : my business is hiking and outdoor rental for the family and beginner. So they have some product at home and i want to propose a good experience with tips through a bundle pack with many accessories. Exemple : a ultralight back for bivouac, with 3 models of tents with variantions, 3 models of backpack with variantions, many accessories like headlamp, cooking pot, stove, hiking poles. I would like my customers to be able to choose the best options for them in this pack : offer a personalized experience in a pre-composed pack

2/ Marketing and e-commerce tools : like cross selling or upselling in product page or cart or after payment. I use shopify for my sales and i would to do the best environnement to promote my rental service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
