I'd like to link to the show or website for the show from which a clip came from. Am I missing that, or is there a way to get there?

Sometimes I get clips from the closed captions that have our name in likeliness but not the same organization.

One of my staff is named Jimmy Stewart and I get alerts on every media reference to the actor.

One of my coworkers has a common name and we often get stories that pop up from other folks of that name. Is there a way to pair keywords together so we can filter out Kyle Charles mentions that aren't about the blood center?

I know they come through an email within a few minutes, but it hard to keep track of each individual clip

I feel like Meltwater has a dynamic interface that, while it is also difficult to refine to our needs as a small agency, there is so much help offered to help learn. Right now, all the media for the lifetime of our account is stored under my login. Would be nice to have a backup or another way to access in case I leave the organization.
