What do you like best about Tuvis?

The sales team started to use it without training, easy to set up and adopt. Great support from the sales team and the service team. The conversations can be logged manually or automatically, and the visual components bring the chat into the SFDC records. Great out-of-the-box dashboard, which provides insights on user adoption. What do you dislike about Tuvis?

Nothing, so far.

It could be further improved by making it easy, for sales ops teams, to set up Whatslly to log chats as activities, for reporting purpose (this works if the activity is logged manually but not when the sync is set to automatic). The logging can be done by setting up a workflow, so this is not a show stopper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
