What do you like best about TSplus?

TSplus Remote Access allowed us to move our business applications to SAAS at an unexpectedly low cost!

It is straightforward for remote workers to access their desktops via the html5 portal (customized to our brand).

Having no device or browser restrictions was very important to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TSplus?

Maybe just add an eye making visible next to the password field on the HTML5 site where you can check your typed password again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TSplus?

Almost weekly updates and once or twice a year a big update with extra features. they keep improving this good product.

TSplus combined with TSPlus advanced security is smart to keep it save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TSplus?

In the past some updates went wrong we install first on a test cluser.(always smart to do anyway)

What do you like best about TSplus?

TSPlus Support is very helpful and responsive. As an IT Support person, it is nice to find other very good support people. Regardless of the question I have, Support is there with answers and stays in communication until the issue is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TSplus?

I am not an active user of TSPlus, I just support it, so my knowledge of using it is limited, which causes some of my 'Basic' questions that I have to asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no such feature in the product which creates problems while using it. I am more than 100% satisfied while using the TSPlue product bundled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TSplus?

It works well as a server manager and in providing managed client-side remote access. The server management interface provides all the usual tools in a simple to use interface which is easy for our staff to use. The application manager provides client side menus on desktop or popup to control client access to specific software based on users and groups. The remote printing from the server to the remote client has never caused any issues. We run TSPlus on AWS EC2 MS Server instances and they work well together. What do you dislike about TSplus?

There are no problems at all with TSPlus software but the licencing portal could be easier to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TSplus solving and how is that benefiting you?

TSPlus allows us to manage MS Windows servers without having to be server experts. There are no calls about printing not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
