What do you like best about TrustSignal?

TrustSignal is great app for sending bulk sms to our customers. We used to regularly send and approve sms super fast. The customer support is always ready to help. It has been a great experieonce for us. The onboarding was smooth, the etch is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustSignal?

Some times there is some temporarary glitches, but the support team always resolves it on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrustSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bridging the gap between business and consumers. Sms plays a vital role in reataining customers and sending urgency messages. Trustsignal makes that work really easy for us. We mostly use for sms pupose even though it has other retention channels as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustSignal?

TrustSignal has been a great platform for our SMS communications.

All our templates are approved on time by the team, and queries are attended to real quick. The dashboards shows all the data that was sent out and what failed. Integration with Contlo was smooth and we use it every 3 as as per the campaigns planned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustSignal?

RCS has been a new feature but revenue is currently not attributed. Wish this could be implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustSignal?

TrustSignal helps with our bulk SMS sending to our customers. Timely approval of the templates to be sent and complete data on the campaigns sent. The UI is easy to use, and templates are sent almost daily. The support is amazing from the team, they approve templates even when we plan last-minute campaigns. What do you dislike about TrustSignal?

Sometimes we have to verify our headers and that is something done for the DLT settings required. Not something mandated by trust signal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
