What do you like best about TrustRadius?

We use Trustradius to improve decision making before purchase. With Trustradius we were able to know which were the most specific qualities of each product and we were able to know the best alternatives. We were able to evaluate each product thanks to Trustradius and we were able to know many specific and very detailed characteristics that the suppliers of the products never specify. What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

I did not like that the search filter did not work, we were trying to find products that would give us a free trial, but with the wrong search filter of Trustradius we never found them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TrustRadius:

Before buying first you have to evaluate. With Trustradius you can evaluate and know which is the best product or which is the one that adapts to your company. Well, I am a Technical Architect. So, it's my job to keep an eye on the latest tools and trends in the market in my area of expertise, in order to help my company take the best decision on what to buy and what not to. TrustRadius has helped me a lot with that sort of market analysis of tools because of the detailed and honest reviews which you find on their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustRadius?

The major plus point which separates TrustRadius from other review sites is the quality and attributes of their review. Each review is categorized into several parts like Where you used the tool, Pros, Cons, ROI, Alternatives and finally a recommendation for it or not. I use their reviews to study new tools and what are its advantages and shortcomings compared to another tool of the same domain. They actually invite you to write those detailed reviews and provide a handsome return as well in the form of 25$ Gift cards. But, they have a very strict screening and approval process, So not many reviews which are submitted gets approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

There aren't any dislikes towards TrustRadius, but I do feel that they lack in the number of reviews per tool column. What do you like best about TrustRadius?

Being able to find completely detailed software reviews according to the characteristics of each product is the best of Trustradius. The reviews are varied, highlight positive and negative characteristics. In addition, the reviews contain specific features such as integration, compatibility, ease of use, compatible operating systems and many other features that are very useful when making a decision. What do you dislike about TrustRadius?

The search filter is not very good, I do not find the possibility of searching the Software according to the price and according to the class or the size of the ideal company for each product. I am not sure about recommending it because it is annoying that it is not having a good search filter. But I will consider that Trustradius was very useful once we were able to find the products that were designed for my type of company. Trustradius was very helpful, but it could have been better if your search filter was more accurate. Of course Trustradius helped us to buy software, but I would have liked not to spend so much time looking for and reading reviews of products that are not designed for my type of company, this problem can be solved if Trustradius manages to improve its search filter. Trustradius is one of the pages that I have used to analyze the positive and negative qualities of softwares. I have noticed that the reviews are very detailed and I like that. Although the reviews are very accurate, I am hoping for an improvement in the veracity of the reviews.
