TrustRadius is one of the most trusted and used websites when it comes to reading honest, detailed and in-depth reviews. I have also been using TrustRadius for almost 3 years now and have made many software buying decisions based on the reviews and talking to their experts. I was told about TrustRadius by a colleague who got 25$ for writing a review and she invited me to write a review as well. I was very pleasantly surprised to know that they offer 25$ for every successfully posted review. But it isn't that easy because you can only earn the gift card if you get an invite from them and not directly go and write any review which you please. I especially like that they have covered all the columns about a software example likes, dislikes, usability, problem-solving, and alternatives. I have thoroughly enjoyed using their website because it provides a lot of value and resources to help you make the right decision. My only problem with their website is that if you write a review for them, you have a 50-50 chance of it getting approved because they are very particular about what goes on their website but you need to understand that the person has spent a considerable amount of time in writing that review and you need to tell them what did you not find up to the mark and just decline it without any reason. Those are detailed in almost every aspect like what's good about the product, what's bad about it, what are the alternatives, what is your ROI and how exactly have you benefited from this product.

They have a word count for each of those questions, so you just can't give a one-line answer. You really need to invest your time and effort and note down your personal experience with that product.
