There is much to not like about the product. There were some tools we are using that were not supported by the automated receptors (although you can always upload evidence manually), however the Trustero team were possible changed dev priorities to support our needs. Going through a SOC 2 process is never easy or straightforward. But partnering with Trustero has made the experience better for us. To be honest there has been nothing so far in our interactions with Trustero that I would classify as a "dislike." I might not say the same about the AICPA.
