It's very easy to navigate and use the funnel tracking and optimization tool for the best conversions. I used various tools with heatmaps, but TruConversion's heatmaps are so far the easiest to understand and use. Also apps integrations (CRM) are a great asset. Since TruConversion is very complex tool, I found it a bit overwhelming. One must know what the outcome he expects, so he can set up tracking properly. For sites were we use TruConversion solely for troubleshooting, we have had occasions where the tracking stopped if we didn't log in for an extended period, which is frustrating. I really like the video session recording and smart funnel tracking feature, I use video session recording to see what my user doing on my site and how my page is loading in their location. And I use a smart funnel tracking feature to measure how my site visitors move throughout my funnel, especially I track where they drop off, so I can fix and improve it for higher conversion. I have trouble with their OLD User Interface design site, seriously I just hate that and if they can improve only their user interface, this will be a kick-ass user tracking tool, that will be even more easy-to-use and pleasing to the eye. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
