One of our favorite functionalities would definitely be the search feature. Troop Messenger has a wide variety of search facilities that makes us to easily filter users, groups, orange members, exited employee list from the Global Search Feature. We can simply drag and drop files to upload them to any user/group window. And, the best part is; Troop Messenger has high user experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though, the user interface is simple and clean. We feel it's colour combination seems to be dull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Troop Messenger is a great collaboration tool for teams that we use at work. It is feature-rich with so many useful tools that have allowed for the easy sending and receiving of documents and files. I love the ease of initiating voice calls and video calls. What's more, as a collaborative tool I find that its a very secure tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With troop messenger, everything has worked so well. The only limitation is its complete reliance on a network connection but outside all that it works great on all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First I had used the 30-day enterprise trial version of Troop Messenger and started liking it since then for all my team communications. Being an online tutor, I have to keep myself updated with the other freelance tutors and students. With the guest collaboration feature, the Orange Member, I was able to successfully add my students to be inline with them to answer their training related queries. I felt it as one of the helpful tool for great team communications to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team and I have well tested the application before we actually adopted it for our company. I felt it has fewer limitations. Most of the team collaboration features are well designed. The one thing which I felt they are lacking behind is the integrations part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A phenomenal and wonderful tool to use that is so feature-rich and gets even better with every update release.
I love that it has live location tracking which is an important addition, especially for remote workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I have identified is that it doesn't integrate well with other tools and shareability is not the most elaborate and seamless process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Group conversations made us discuss more work. We opted for their Enterprise pricing edition and felt it has awesome features that simplified our work routines. The user experience is too high as its UI looks to be simple and clean. Besides, file preview and advanced filter group are few which increases the UX more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes more time to sync messages in its mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I prefer about Troop Messenger is their video and audio calling system. I manage all my meetings with my clients and providers via Troop Messenger. I also really like their instant messaging. I use it daily with my colleagues. It's convenient and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the design, even if it's not the most important for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multi-platform availability is what we liked the most. Our teams are seamlessly connected across mobile, desktop, and browser. And when it comes to the delivery models, it comes with SaaS, Self-Hosting, Chat APIs and Custom application. We felt that the unique feature stack that Troop Messenger has is truly matchless with any other competitor tool. The enhanced instant messaging experience that it gives is something awesome. Nothing much to comment. It would be great if it can release the task management feature in its next version release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team is using Troop Messenger for a year, and I found we chose a good and simple to use application for our daily team interactions for all of our project updates.
