There are a variety of test types available, candidates cannot easily cheat by copy-pasting the questions into Google (it's disabled), and it's very easy to compare candidates results--both among applicants to your company and against statistics covering all Triplebyte's candidate pool. What do you dislike about Triplebyte Screen?

Triplebyte Screen is focused on full-stack backend and mobile developers and doesn't offer test types for embedded systems engineers at this time. I'd like to see more test types added so Screen can be even more useful in hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Triplebyte Screen?

We can send Tryplebyte form to your candidate and have a good and complete (360) evalutation of your candidat.

We use a as a quick, bias-less tool to evaluate our backend developper. It save us a lot of time + help us to assess candidats strong.

What do you dislike about Triplebyte Screen?

It's missing some tech stack (VueJS, React Native). It could be great to have some way to create our own test.

What problems is Triplebyte Screen solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small engineering team, we unfortunately don't have the time to have a call with every applicant we get. Instead of filtering by resume, which is prone to bias, we use Screen to get a more objective picture of our applicant's skills before spending any time with them. I completed the DevOps test, it covered a broad range of topic and tested more for conceptual knowledge as opposed to hands on coding testing tools I have used earlier, I felt more geared to hiring solution or tech architects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the great feedback! We've made each question in General Coding Logic and Coding Exercises assessment available in several programming languages. Candidates can now select the language that they're most comfortable in, and they'll interact with the coding questions in the language of their choice. Hope you check it out!
