Use triplebyte to make the screener process faster for yourself and your team. Being able to go behind just a resume and evaluate asynchronously a candidate is huge! I believe triplebytes is providing this service so the hiring manager can get a deeper understanding of a candidate's experience, also gives an opportunity to a candidate to demonstrated their potential and ability more than what they can do with a resume.
