The ability to integrate with Jira for tracking purposes. We use Jira to create stories and sub-tasks and we link them directly to the associated test cases in qTest so it is easy to find related requirements for all our work in qTest. No testing specific functionality and lack of some reporting ability. Also, with a read only account, you can't leave comments in qTest which doesn't make much sense. I can see a read only account not having ability to edit or delete, but leaving a comment doesn't affect anything and is a really useful part of the tool for test case review. Its interface is quite simple, straightforward and powerful, which allows me to carry out in a fairly safe and complete way a wide variety of tests to determine the effectiveness of the system to be evaluated, its large number of integrations with other applications also turns out to be quite a lot. useful for testing different aspects of the system, the accuracy of its reports is also quite good and allows me to have a more general knowledge about the existing faults and the progress made in order to improve the system, the customer service team is quite efficient at the time of solving any type of problem or inconvenience that may arise during the use of the application.
