In Qtest we can write manual test cases as well as automation test cases with ease and can link different test cases into one test case. The interface and UI are a bit complicated to understand. If the organization is using multiple frameworks and dependencies its hard to maintain and track all work as it then becomes a lot of manual effort. Ease of use is a bit hard as it needs a proper KT.
