Ease of use, anyone can get started without code. It took a while for me to understand the concept of building CMSs that are then applied to spaces/pages but after I figured it out, it worked like a charm. Overall, there's minimal time spent on setting up the platform so you can spend more time on creating content.

While many things can be customized, not everything can be. If anyone is looking for an extremely custom solution, I'd recommend resorting to building their own website.

What I like the most are the templates available to create a space, and of course, gamification, which is extremely important for me.
