What do you like best about Tresta?

I like how easy it is to switch between phone numbers within the app whether it's dialing out for a call or sending a text to a client. I like that I can receive and send pictures in the texts. I also like that when a client calls me it rings my phone with my "tresta number" and tells me via a recording that it is a tresta call and to press 1 to accept. What do you dislike about Tresta?

I'd like more call recording features and to be able to make calls/send texts through the online platform. If it could also sync with salesforce to log the contact that would be great too. Sometimes I have issues with my phone still ringing even after I've signed out of the app, but I've figured out a workaround to make that stop for when I'm on vacation/weekends. If you have an issue, reach out to the support staff. They resolved an issue the same day I finally decided to reach out for help. The issue was with one of the phone lines not receiving incoming calls. I was able to get Tresta up and running for initial implementation within 10 minutes. What do you like best about Tresta?

What do you dislike about Tresta?

Lots of things - the service feels like it's in beta. They changed their pricing from "super simple" to very complicated which doubled my cost. They gave two day notice to update a billing profile before they shut your messaging off, we completed the profile immediately, yet our business-crucial messaging was shut off for more than three weeks.
