Some of the upsides of Transact are the ease of use and integration. In addition to these two, they also have a great team willing to work with you to make sure it is implemented correctly and you have no issues whatsoever navigating the platform. We use Transact at our dstrict in planning the various bus routes needed for a mid-size city and the surrounding area. In the past we have had issues during high traffic times with the system not being able to handle the flow. Additionally, if a late fee is added after a payment plan ends it does not allow the customer to pay it with the last payment, instead they must make two separate payments for the balance and then the late fee. The interface is very anti-user friendly (also known as user-unfriendly). Clients typically have such a difficult time navigating CashNet that they have to call me to navigate it for or with them.
