What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual helps new hires be successful right off the bat, improve time to productivity, and boost engagement. This impacts overall team success. The shared documentation is easy to access, and there’s so much flexibility with the ability to embed files, videos, hyperlinks, and more. It’s also very easy to share changes and updates as things evolve. Without Trainual, my team and I would not be as successful in our work. The UI is great—simple to use and genuinely effective. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to document and retain knowledge so that, if there is turnover, the knowledge and information don’t leave with one person. This helps reduce gaps in the work and keeps things moving smoothly. Additionally, it supports everyone on my team in being successful. Setting someone up for success is a win for everyone: the individual, the team, and the business. Engagement is key, and this is a critical tool for employee satisfaction. "Too expensive for smaller teams"

What do you like best about Trainual?

They needed to have a plan dedicated for smaller teams, charging a minimal 10 seat is incredibly wasteful for smaller team with low employee turn over. We have a team of 7 people with average stay of 2 years + We are just wasting 3 seat prices each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Allow SOP to be downloaded easily or allow customers to access the SOP after their subscription ends, at this point the moment you stop paying you lose all your hard work making the SOP. The SOP is the company and your material not theirs, they shouldn't have the right to lock you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
