I really like the complex round-robin logic tools and the visual audit logs in Traction Complete. The flexibility of the workload management features allows us to distribute leads based on a representative's specific experience level or current workload, preventing our top performers from being overwhelmed with non-levels tasks. The visual audit logs are a lifesaver for troubleshooting; they show a step-by-step path explaining exactly why a record was routed to a specific person, making it easy to explain assignment decisions to the sales team. There's room for improvement with the software's UI. The new version can feel cluttered, especially with advanced hierarchy visualization screens when dealing with global conglomerates with thousands of child accounts. Also, when setting up massive jobs for cleanup, the initial synchronization can hit Salesforce's synchronous processing limits if you're not careful about how you batch the records.
