What do you like best about Touch N Go?

I like the concept of having a centralized payment, also there is an app that works well and does the required job. The process to get the wallet like service is bearable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touch N Go?

I didn't like that for the app you require a card and finding one was very complicated. The KYC process in the app was very long and tedious. Finding touch n go cards is very hard and for a tourist is complicated to find Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Touch N Go?

Being a ewallet platform, it significantly helps users save time in making payments across many merchants and services. Reloading and using the wallet is easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Touch N Go?

Customer service is hard to reach out to. Many issues and answered with pre-written model answers but it doesn't resolve the problem itself. There is a distinction between physical Touch N Go and the eWallet Touch N Go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
