As an administrator, what I like most about Totara is its ease of use, even from a smartphone you can solve and manage a variety of situations, whether to create content, audiences or even the image. Adding to the ease of use, the creation and customization of reports or reports is very understandable and agile.

And if you have questions about how something works, the community is very robust and can help you solve a wide range of topics.

Another aspect that is very useful to me is the possibility of automating the assignment of content, programs and other activities through the audiences, it saves a lot of time!

Finally, the high customization you can have, every implementation of the platform I have seen is completely different. Being able to customize it so much helps a lot to integrate it with the company's image. You can even have different pages for different groups of people within the same platform. As an open-source system, it brings with it a lot of learning community wisdom within its DNA. Many L&D professionals have used it in the past, faced challenges, and reached solutions that are incorporated into it. Simultaneously, it allowed us to work with a local technology partner to add customizations for uses that are specific to our own organization or to specific projects.
