What do you like best about Topo.io?

Topo is a great sales tool. We needed a shared space to work with our prospects and plan together. Topo gives us that space, and it's easy to use. Before Topo, I sent too many emails after meetings. Also, I love to check how active my deals are on Topo to see which ones are worth more time. I recommend it for anyone in SaaS sales, especially if your sales take longer than a month. What do you like best about Topo.io?

On mid-sized deals, two things are key:

- how to get all the parties in the loop and give my champion the resources to selling with me internally.

- Set a high pace between meetings to keep the deal alive.

I use Topo specifically to address these two points.

I can map the activity of my contacts and understand who are the hottest and coldest. And I can also liven up the downtime between meetings by continually sharing content in different formats with my prospects.

I've been told by the prospects that they really enjoy the Topo experience and that they never experience such a smooth interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Topo.io?

What do you like best about Topo.io?

I love that Topo makes my work so seamless and fluid. It takes a few clicks for me to create a workspace with my client, that has all the most relevant content completely dedicated to them. Their mutual action plan helps me hold stakeholders accountable (even internally!) and advance effectively on upsells and renewals. I especially love all of Topo’s integrations with the tools we use every day. Their new integration makes my life so easy as I no longer have to worry about constantly logging information - it is automatically done for me :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Topo.io?

There is nothing that I particularly dislike but I would like for the company to develop more around their analytics. Specifically it would be great if we could better understand the total revenue impacted per engagement, for example. What do you like best about Topo.io?

I love how easy topo is to set up and install. As an offer manager I collaborate with both my clients externally and sales teams internally. Topo helps me do both simulateously with notifications, collaborative chat features and document sharing. Their new integration with salesforce is killer. What do you dislike about Topo.io?

For now, topo current offer is great for my setup, but I'd love it if you could access and maintain digital sales rooms directly from salesforce. Today you can create them and receive notifications but that's it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Topo.io?

I have been using Topo.io for several months, and this solution has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine as a Key Account Manager. I use the platform to share knowledge with my clients and track project progress. The solution proves highly beneficial during my business negotiations, thanks to the "mutual action plan" feature, which engages my clients in key actions for implementing a new solution. What do you dislike about Topo.io?

Initially, it takes a bit of time to configure all the templates I use and share with my customers, but fortunately, we receive support from our internal Sales Ops team to create Corporate templates.

What do you like best about Topo.io?

Topo sales rooms are really appreciated by my prospects and I think it's the most important criteria. The software is super well designed, easily shareable and I can see that all my prospects are active on the worspaces.

I already had 3 closed won deals after 2 months using Topo. (clients who told me they really appreciated the workspaces / that it was a real differenciation compared to other vendors sales process)

I need advanced analytics about prospects actions on the workspace.

What do you like best about Topo.io?

What do you like best about Topo.io?

What I love about Topo is that it streamlines the engagement I have with my clients. I use Topo every day to track interaction, share information about my company's product to increase customer adoption, and organize my QBRs. Their new integration with Salesforce is really a game changer : it allows all my tasks to be logged automatically, and I can even create a workspace directly from Salesforce! I would love it if Topo could go a bit further with their analytics, although the company has told me that this is ongoing!
