Topo is a great sales tool. We needed a shared space to work with our prospects and plan together. Topo gives us that space, and it's easy to use. Before Topo, I sent too many emails after meetings. Also, I love to check how active my deals are on Topo to see which ones are worth more time. I recommend it for anyone in SaaS sales, especially if your sales take longer than a month. On mid-sized deals, two things are key:
- how to get all the parties in the loop and give my champion the resources to selling with me internally.
- Set a high pace between meetings to keep the deal alive.
I use Topo specifically to address these two points.
I can map the activity of my contacts and understand who are the hottest and coldest. And I can also liven up the downtime between meetings by continually sharing content in different formats with my prospects.

I love that Topo makes my work so seamless and fluid. It takes a few clicks for me to create a workspace with my client, that has all the most relevant content completely dedicated to them. Their mutual action plan helps me hold stakeholders accountable (even internally!) and advance effectively on upsells and renewals. I especially love all of Topo’s integrations with the tools we use every day. There is nothing that I particularly dislike but I would like for the company to develop more around their analytics. Specifically it would be great if we could better understand the total revenue impacted per engagement, for example. I love how easy topo is to set up and install. As an offer manager I collaborate with both my clients externally and sales teams internally. Topo helps me do both simulateously with notifications, collaborative chat features and document sharing. Their new integration with salesforce is killer. I have been using Topo.io for several months, and this solution has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine as a Key Account Manager. I use the platform to share knowledge with my clients and track project progress. The solution proves highly beneficial during my business negotiations, thanks to the "mutual action plan" feature, which engages my clients in key actions for implementing a new solution. Initially, it takes a bit of time to configure all the templates I use and share with my customers, but fortunately, we receive support from our internal Sales Ops team to create Corporate templates.

Topo sales rooms are really appreciated by my prospects and I think it's the most important criteria. The software is super well designed, easily shareable and I can see that all my prospects are active on the worspaces.
I already had 3 closed won deals after 2 months using Topo. (clients who told me they really appreciated the workspaces / that it was a real differenciation compared to other vendors sales process)
