The support is really great with you, you really try to find solutions related to the daily use of the tool. The client feels truly supported, weekly meetings, reports, the training offered. As the tool is still new, the day-to-day support is very good, but in terms of developments and upcoming features in the roadmap, some things have been deprioritized.
