I loved the customer service the Tocca team provided in setting up my event. The application is easy to use once you complete the walkthrough, and I'm looking forward to using the platform for future small and large-scale events at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I encountered a few issues when setting up my event; however, the Tocca team helped me identify a workaround and ensured the issue would be resolved in the following code push. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system was easy for attendees to use. The dashboard was clear and easy to navigate. Attendees could send public and private messages which was good for communication.

I liked that the studio had a media folder to upload and test media beforehand. Presenters could easily enter the studio without having to go through a login process. The banners were a nice feature to display the presenter names.

The Tocca team is great! They were very patient with me and the fact that I was essentially a one man team. Tommaso and Bob are REAL gentlemen and very supportive. They were very invested in my success. Even when I was delayed in my progress for set up, Bob kept me on track. He never got frustrated with me even when he was pressed for time to set everything up.

It's obvious that Tommaso loves to see people succeed! From our first meeting through the entire 3-day event, he made sure I could get this even off the ground the right way. He was always somewhere in the background looking out for me and very accessible whenever I needed him.

The only things I would improve on are some of the technological features. Much of this is being upgraded as I write this, so if you're thinking about using Tocca, these might no longer be issues.

The speakers could not see the attendee chat or Q&A, so I had to field the questions for them.

The schedule keeps defaulting back to the first event (Day 1), so attendees had to keep navigating to the current event even on Day 3.

The main stage played in every event even after the event was over, so attendees sometimes were in the wrong chat room which caused a few missed comments and questions.

It was sometimes difficult to see who was speaking in the breakout rooms and the raised hand feature wasn't as intuitive. A feature I'd like to see is small group "tables" in the breakout room. That would take networking to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capable of running multi-track, simultaneous meetings in a professional looking site, where the program of speakers is integrated with the event delivery platform.

Great lobby experience for showing off the Keynote, track sessions and breakouts.

We had many compliments on the aesthetics and the organization of the platform. It was customizable and one could easily include branding. The video and sound were high quality. The team followed up with helpful usage metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was some manual effort from the backend - we would have preferred a platform that we could easily customize ourselves without having to email the team every time something needs to be altered. We believe a tool is already in production for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team at Tocca were very hands-on and supportive of our virtual event. The price is very reasonable. Very responsive to any questions and quick to help with any issues. They work with you to customize the platform to your companies specific needs; for example, we wanted to have a look and feel of an Expo Hall where clients could drop in and out of vendor booths to have a one-on-one or one-to-many conversation. On many platforms, you can only do chat and that doesn't work well for connecting with the clients. We could create a scavenger hunt for the Expo to increase the interactive experience. We had great reviews from our users about the platform and its ease of use and design. Tocca provided good support - a huge shout-out to Bob, for helping us with a number of last minute changes the day after he returned from vacation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-It would be nice to enable administrators to send messages that pop up and is broadcasted to everyone on the platform, when it is time to switch breakout rooms and go to the next one.

-Shoflo for livestreaming was a bit confusing to learn. It was difficult for panelists on Shoflo for the livestream to engage with participants on Tocca. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really liked the ease of admin managing the entire virtual conference. They made it super simple to create the events, and then reuse/edit the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are still early and building out the full feature set, so it isn't as robust as e.g. Hopin. But it is hard to imagine that even under the current release, it is already competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The Tocca platform creates an immersive experience for our participants - I loved how people can step in and out of sessions at will (Just like an in-person event).

- The event platform was 100% branded as ours. This made the event feel VERY high production value and much better than the alternatives we have used in the past, which were less flexible and had their branding on it.

We liked the intimacy of the event.

According to the feedback from our guests, the networking lounge was everyone's favorite feature of the platform. Our attendees, who place a high value on privacy, attended the lounge and accepted the invitations of the other guests.

We also loved the 30+ breakout rooms that Tocca designed to facilitate LP/GP one-on-one meetings. Thanks to that feature, 163 unique connections were made.
