What do you like best about Tixoom?

The integration with Zoom is far beyond my expectations. For months my community have complained about Eventbrite's lack of Zoom integration. However, most (all) WordPress ticketing plugins are difficult to install or expensive. To integrate this for free with Stripe and just pay a percentage fee is ideal. Wish I had moved to this months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixoom?

I would like an option to send a VAT receipt, this doesn't seem to be possible currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tixoom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every event I would receive the same emails - I can't access the zoom link. Even though we had this set up in Eventbrite. This has made a big difference to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tixoom is the go-to place to go for ticketing Zoom events. Tixoom syncs with Zoom and you just choose the Zoom event that you want to issue tickets for. What do you like best about Tixoom?

Pretty easy to set up, no complicated connections between apps and emails to customers that make sense and don't complicate the viewing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tixoom?

The connection between Tixoom and Stripe posed a few questions but all seemed to work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tixoom solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had problems with Eventbrite's communications with our customers resulting in some people needing a refund as they couldn't access the event. Tixoom is much easier to set up than Eventbrite with Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
