I recommend this app for audio and video calls. Scheduling meetings and joining respective meetings, adding participants is smooth. Breakout is a good feature, has been very helpful. Screensharing and recording sessions has been easy too. Enable recording calls using TixeoGateway is provided, which has helped us a lot with the call recording. The demerits of the software include the issues of the screen freezing during meetings & while screen sharing, there is also the issue of audio getting dropped, the UI & the dashboard are difficult to understand & operate for beginners.
