Over the time that I have been implementing this software within my company, I can say that it did not make any major complaints about it, only that its interface could be improved a bit by adding more colors and, at some moments during the video conference, there is a bit of audio delay, but mostly it is due to the bandwidth of the internet at that time which means that its quality of use depends on a good internet connection. I recommend this app for audio and video calls. Scheduling meetings and joining respective meetings, adding participants is smooth. Breakout is a good feature, has been very helpful. Screensharing and recording sessions has been easy too. Enable recording calls using TixeoGateway is provided, which has helped us a lot with the call recording.
