Customers have to make an account to purchase tickets. This is easy to do and pretty standard in ticketing programs, but a lot of our less computer savvy customers complain about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use TIX once a year for our year end productions, 4 shows at 4 different times, so we are not a BIG user, but they make you feel like you are! Obviously this is a big deal for us and our clients, so when we decided three years ago to take this big step for us , TIX was there and ever since it's just plain easy and stress free. It really has helped our bottom line, it's just so easy for our clients to use, we use to have people show up 7 days prior to ticket day and stay in our parking lot 24/7 until the big day, no more, just sit in font of your computer. Tix is the best service I have found to deliver a ticketing product that meets our needs and includes 24/7 customer support via phone. We are able to have our patrons purchase via phone at anytime without having to contact our offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
