Phone ready leads are the real deal. We run multiple campaigns as an outsourced sales development company. We use the phone at all working hours of the day, and efficiency of time is critical when we run a global team that's measured on LIVE conversations. My team can be on the phone having between 11-13 conversations with decision-makers every 41 minutes when using Phone ready leads. What do you like best about TitanX?

It works exactly as advertised. Every single time.

It has increased my teams efficiency so heavily I have been able to grow significant pipeline with less headcount and invest my money in other areas to drive further growth.

What do you like best about TitanX?

Credits arent cheap, so make sure that you understand your sales math and bring good lists to score (not necessarily good in terms of 'we have great data for them', but more so that the accounts in your lists are good fit accounts that you actually want to do business with. Also, power dialer > parallel dialer for TitanX. Get something like Frontspin that makes it more likely that you wont show up for spam when dialing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TitanX?

The fact that they do what they say--it's helped us increase our connect rates across 2 different customers.

One from 11% to 39%!!!!!

And the other from 3% to 15%!!!!!

It's also pretty awesome how these are immediate and tangible results. You can literally see the success from day 1, and I don't know many services or tools that can show the value within literally just a few hours of getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanX?

This is just because I'm lazy but having to log into their platform in order to download the scored CSV lol BUT...

They now send you an email with your scored CSV so I guess that's been solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure your list building is on point and make sure your reps are ready to have 3x to 5x conversations per day. Sounds silly but it's been pretty eye opening how not everyone can handle that increase! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps our SDR team increase connect rates, more conversations per rep means we can have a smaller, team vs having to hire literally dozens of SDRs to hit the same numbers as with just 8.

I also hasn't realized this but it's also helping us onboard reps a lot faster since they have more "at bats" on top of onboarding and weekly training sessions.

What do you like best about TitanX?

I've been a customer for over a year, and I don't have anything that I dislike about TitanX. We have now doubled our investment in their offering twice, because we believe it provides the SDRs with the best chance for success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TitanX:

If there is any room for improvement in your Dial to Connect rate, you should partner with TitanX. They deliver what they promise, and do so consistently each month. I'm not sure they offer coaching services any more or not, but I would ask about that as well. The combination of the prioritized phone number data and a new team script with coaching will ensure your SDR outreach efforts are producing maximum results. What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?

TitanX significantly improved our Dial to Connection rate, providing our SDRs with a week's worth of conversations in a single day. With TitanX, the SDRs know which contacts to focus their dialing efforts on, and which contacts to enroll in multi-touch campaigns. By having the Contacts prioritized, the SDRs are able to be more strategic with their time-blocking, and the more conversations they have with prospects, the better they become at having those conversations as well. My review as the Head of Sales - We used to have a 4-5% connect rate, struggled reaching decision makers and it took 200+ dials to make a booking.

NOW, within a few dials, we're infront of decision makers. Making 5x the amount of bookings with the same headcount.

Instead of having to hire more BDRs, we invested the cash into TitanX, helping us grow our MRR with less costs.

What do you like best about TitanX?

Saving our team so much time by putting their efforts towards more meaningful tasks. We now don't waste time calling folks who will never pick up the phone and for those we do connect with, the connect rate has been incredible to see. Justin Middleton, our Account Manager, has also been STELLAR to work with. He's been there every step of the way and was really passionate about making sure we succeed. What do you dislike about TitanX?

There are very few things I dislike about PRLs. Since this is a new way of operating than the usual BDR workflow, the more detail that's provided, the better the outcome of the partnership will be. Sometimes I don't receive updates on changes to list encodings, or how the validation process has been adjusted, so just being a little more proactive in sharing those would be my only feedback. Just do it. If you have a pretty solid CRM of contact data already, your experience will be amazing. Our CRM contacts are SUPER outdated and takes a lot of work to get a list just right, but it's still paying off. So either way just do it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?

PRLs is helping our team solve what you'd call a "disastrous" call connect rate. Our BDR team has struggled in the past to get anywhere on the phones because of outdated contact data from our main enrichment vendor (who shall not be named), which led to:

1) Supplementing contact data with two or even three other additional vendors

2) A ton of time waste trying to dig around for data + wasting time calling folks with bad numbers

Since using PRL, the team has seen on average 25%+ connect rates (the highest % with one list enrichment was 80%), and has significantly cut down on how much time they spend making cold calls to folks that'll never pick up the phone. It's been a huge time saver. We've booked about 5 or 6 First Meetings with only two list enrichments thus far. Eager to see more results as we continue to partner with them.
