What do you like best about TinyPNG?

TinyPNG is amazing! TinyPNG will automatically compress a photo without it loosing any of its quality. This is absoloutely essential to us as with a smaller image file, our website loads a lot faster! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

The only downside to TinyPNG is that you can only upload an image that is up to 5mb in size. When you are taking photos from a camera, lots of the time they will be larger than this threshold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

TinyPNG saves us time and money. It is a free product that automatically shrinks the size of an image. Before we found TinyPNG we use to have to pay for this service but now we can do it faster and for completely free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

The paid version of this tool is very expensive. That should be reduced so that more users can get benefitted. The interface is not that cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used TinyPNG for compressing the creatives we used for push notifications, and email templates so that it gets loaded easily on our customer's device. T Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyPNG?

Being a content specialist, I need to upload a lot of images to my content. And, TinyPNG saves my time by resizing the pictures super fast. Also, I am able to upload 20 images in one go which is another life saviour. Talking about the quality of the image, though the tool uses the lossy compression technique to resize the images, the quality of the image does not get much hampered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

The tool has a tiny bug, it does not allow you to re-upload an image with the same name in the same session. Also, it does not throw any error messages. You need to reload the page to upload the image. And, it will be really helpful if the tool allows uploading more than 20 images in one shot.

However, the above two pointers are not a big deal-breaker and will not be an issue for 90% of the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

Here are the problems that I am solving with TinyPNG,

1. I am able to resize images real fast,

2. Able to resize various types of image formats such as Webp, PNG, JPEG,

3. Also they provide developers API with very minimal cost, which has helped our company to automate the image processing for our web applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyPNG?

Do you know how to drag and drop? And to click a button that says "Download?" Then great! You now know how to work TinyPNG! It's a very simple tool for image compression, and I've not seen an image yet that was low quality or saw any visual degradation. The free version will do for most people, but the plan isn't super expensive and the benefits for those of us with many large files to optimize are well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

I'm nitpicking here; the site looks a bit old. But how long are you on that site? A minute or two mainly? It serves its purpose sufficiently for the service it provides. The UI is clean and the UX is just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to have images compressed under a specific size for SEO purposes. In some cases, we were taking full albums and compressing them. TinyPNG tackled it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyPNG?

First thing actually we more concerned about our quality and size of the picture, because we all need to keep a lot of images but memory matters, but with tinyPNG, we can compress the images without losing their quality and pixels so with tinyPNG free version we can but not too much but we can use the panda for better quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

we are not able to do more compression when it comes to numbers; slightly disappointment occurs and the time comsumption. Other than that nothing to say about it, It plays a very important role in my work 😇 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TinyPNG:

I recommended this product to all my colleagues and friends when they face issues with images they remember me a god actually it's the best app for everyone who wishes to use it daily on social media's also it's very useful and simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a product Catalog Manager, when it comes to images, it plays a massive role in every product. Sometimes the dimension errors, image quality, head crop, and all borderless photos even though I use other applications, but I am not satisfied with the quality, but with tinyPNG I am very much satisfied and very appreciative when compare to other products, Panda made me proud when the seller says the images are too good I am feeling high and high. What do you like best about TinyPNG?

Well, first of all, there is the fact that I can compress image size without significant quality loss. It is simple to use. The free version is absolutely sufficient (even though I like the option to support the team behind TinyPNG). And I really like that panda design idea. It's not the number one design at all, but I still kind of like it every time I visit the site (which si almost every day). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

I can't think of some lousy UI or UX. I don't think something is missing or something doesn't work well. At the same time, I don't see the background of the image compression, and I am not an expert in this field. So I believe that TinyPNG does a lot to upgrade their compress level on and on. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefit is obvious – almost perfectly sharp image and frequently about 60-80% the smaller size of original files. That speaks for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 5MB size limit per image. Though honestly I think I've only had an issue with that one time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyPNG?

Literally everything. It's so easy to use and works wonders for saving space and loading time on my previous employer's website as well on my current employer's website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

The only thing I 'dislike', and I say that loosely, is the number of images I can compress at one time. I wish I could load/compress more, but it's not the end-all, be-all for this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has saved so much loading time on websites which not only is great for user-experience, it's an excellent tool for storage as well. Overall, I am just a massive fan of this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TinyPNG?

It's easy to drag and drop images to compress them, and the size is astonishingly small and the detail looks practically the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TinyPNG?

I wish I could stick with the free version, but the limit of file size and the number of images in a batch is unrealistic for my work. However, if you're willing to work in batches and pre-shrink images a bit to make them fit in TinyPNG, then you can continue to use the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TinyPNG:

Try the free version and see if you can get away with it before purchasing the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TinyPNG solving and how is that benefiting you?

Load speeds on my photography website. Compressing my images using the product has helped galleries load much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
