What do you like best about TINT?

I enjoyed the easy-to-use interface that was visual and intuitive.

The customer support we received in onboarding was also top-notch—through recorded sessions and hands-on demos.

As a data nerd, I enjoyed the easy-to-view and access analytics on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

While most features were intuitive, some custom features were not as apparent; but these challenges were easily resolved through their superior customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a platform to host a contest—we wanted it to be fully on brand and customizable on-site, but we also wanted it to integrate on on-campus signage, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

TINT allows us the ability to easily manage user-generated content for our annual UGC contest by taking out the manual piece. We can easily tag the entries, based off of our own tagging structure, and at a quick glance, we're able to see how many piece of content we have. The ability to see the full post and copy makes our lives easier. The interface is very straight forward and the team is also willing to hear product suggestions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

It's a very small thing, but would love to be able to see (at a quick glance) total number of posts instead of having to manually scroll through all of the pages of content and count it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time, time, time! Before TINT, gathering this volume of content was a real time suck. Now, we're able to pop into TINT, tag content based on our internal tagging structure and easily see what is available, by region and business unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

There are a lot of features built-in and add-ons you can purchase, like a contest platform and landing page. Requesting UGC approval is also pretty straightforward and easy to do. The support team has also been very helpful and easy to work with. TINT also has good integration with Hootsuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

I wish the UI was a little more easier to navigate, and to see what UGC has rights approved and what still has rights pending. There have been a few times where I've gotten confused and not been able to find what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

TINT has allowed us to track, organize, and use UGC across our social media platforms and other marketing channels. TINT allows us to follow legal compliance and get usage rights for all of the UGC we share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

I love that TINT has thought of everything. From incorporating auto-posts that allow users to agree to T&Cs within comments to a design studio that allows you to sort, download and create GIFs from owned content, it's the full-service UGC platform I have always dreamed of. The fully customizable sites that allow casting are worth their weight in gold, too. To the brands who aren't using TINT yet, I can promise that you're missing out on quality UGC that will add serious value to your social content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

The ONLY thing I dislike about TINT is that you an only download one file at a time in a zip drive. Mass download capability would make my download folder much cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Curating UGC, getting rights to content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

Our team manages an annual UGC contest with 70K+ employees and we are lucky to have found TINT to help collect and organize all of the content. Prior to TINT, it was a very manual process and with thousands of entries, it was a quite an undertaking. TINT makes our lives easier by being able to search, tag, and manage this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

We use TINT a bit different than others, but one feature request that we have is the ability to quickly access all posts. Right now, the limit is at 60 posts per page and it's manually clicking through the page 10-15 times to get to the end (vs. being able to go to a specific section like entries 100-160.) Again, this is a very specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time + the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

I really appreciate having the UGC studio to allow multiple teams to collaborate/pull content. The organization of the content, by appending tags, and using the UGC studio to be able to archive within the tool is really helpful. There's also the option to export in bulk which I think is an expectation anyone in marketing has when it comes to asset management. I think there's something to be said about how they integrate for display and web embeds. I also think the e-commerce features will complete the full circle of how to use UGC for marketing/digital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

The only downside is the title of the TINTs (not allowing spaces) and how they're sorted (no option to sort/filter) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TINT:

I highly recommend using TINT if you're looking to implement a UGC strategy within your brand. There are a ton of users that take beautiful images and don't have 100K+ followers and that's what UGC really should be about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a one-stop-shop for anything UGC, content/influencer/categorizing and archiving.

Not to mention you can use it for any event (xmas party or conference) and if you wish, there's an e-commerce capability which I think could really help your brand. Apart from all that, there's a web-embed piece which really speaks to how this tool can give your UGC legs within different channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TINT?

Working with a team who went above and beyond. The level of knowledge and understanding of what we needed was invaluable. The explanation of how to use the features where really useful. Having walkthrough videos was really useful in explaining how to use the product to colleagues in other markets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TINT?

As a UCG platform it is great, but I would have liked more from it for the type of campaign I managed. For example, there were limitations with type of form I needed to manage entries - The form needed to work in many markets and managing this was more tricky that I would have hoped. The tagging process to manage the scoring of entries I believe was complicated for some stakeholders which affected the level of engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TINT:

Explore the additional features and packages to get the best product that supports your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

The management of a campaign which required contest entrants to complete a form and submit an entry. The challenge faced was how to manage entries and validate and score. The TINT team were helpful in understanding the challenges and finding ways to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
