What do you like best about TimeSuite Software?

I love its facility of use. We can retrieve any old data. The software is very fast, and the reports are very professionally done and comprehensive.

The support staff at TimeSuite are very nice and helpful. If we have to make a support call, we get help right away. The support is excellent.

I've been using Toolbox since 2008 when we switched from Champion. We also loved Champion, but we needed more construction features.

I highly recommend Toolbox.

What do you dislike about TimeSuite Software?

What problems is TimeSuite Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get great reporting on projects and financials. Our CPA firm also relies heavily on what Toolbox produces. We can tell the software was developed by a construction CPA firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TimeSuite Software?

The software is very flexible, allowing for just about any report you want. Once you get past hte learning curve, it is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSuite Software?

The lack of customer support. We pay an annual fee for support and have a very difficult time getting issues resolved. Sometimes, we can't get anyone available to handle the problem. Because the software is so delicate (that's the best word I can think of to describe it), you can't really get by without their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TimeSuite Software:

If you have a strong accounting background AND feel comfortable with SQL Anywhere written programs, then you won't need much support, so this will be a good program for you. However, if you look at this software and are not very comfortable running it on your own, keep looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeSuite Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits we were hoping to realize haven't quite been worked out yet, but the goal was to be able to have individual users see the financial progress of their projects without being allowed to see any of the other information. We are able to run direct deposit payroll form here and it costs nothing extra, unlike QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
