TimeHero helps classify and is a smart reminder app with AI integrated to let me know what to prioritize next. Before Timehero, I found it hard to decide which one to do first when having multiple small tasks. TimeHero has solved this problem for me and setup a structured schedule for my daily tasks. I can immediately know what to start and follow through the list, it's a personal assistant that even personal assistants can use. The UI UX is flexible by letting you change your due dates, priority level and even drop and drag around the tasks if they have been moved to other dates. - Siri or Alexa aren't integrated to create tasks, it would be great to assign tasks using your voice for busy managers.

- The actual running and layout of the GUI could be improved as it's a little boring as it is, although very clear and easy to see with white background & simple black text.

The route is quite simple and natural, despite the fact that it required some investment to have the entire picture and association of the application. I am not ready to stick or spare contact data on ventures I am taking a shot at to have the option to get to the concerned clients when I have to. I dislike not having the option to make automatic reminders by email, since in any case it has no integrated contact list that allows it. I think the only thing that would make this tool perfect for our agency would be integrating the sending of scheduled emails synchronized with the calendar and calendar. The navigation is pretty easy and intuitive, even though it took a little time to have the whole picture and organisation of the app. TimeHero efficiently separates different tasks and projects allowing me to focus on distinct projects, and being able to see and access all the info and deadlines very fast. I am not able to pin or save contact info on projects I am working on to be able to access the concerned users when I need to. An option allowing to access all the tasks offline (with modifications saved and added later as soon as the connection is back on) would be a great addition to the product. It has so many features with project management which is good for different departments. It automates your project plans, flows, scheduling etc. it will robustly find time in your calendar and manage your project task according them. It offers free trial to its user. The platform can be supported by all the devices and operating system and their technical support team responses on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GUI of software is bit confusing and it will take time to finds option for a person who is using it for the first time. There must be a reset option in the application so the person can reschedule the task on its own sometime application makes some tasks too late. The subtasks are not visible with tasks until you individually check it which is a bad design of GUI. There is no read only option for unpaid clients to just read the documents. I've trialled about 6-8 PM software platforms, and read reviews for another dozen. The auto task scheduling algorithm is truly an unbeatable feature that no one else has. I own 3 different businesses, plus a busy personal calendar due to a family with 3 kids, and this is the best software I've found to keep my day organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They're still fairly new, so some "nice-to-have" features are not there yet, but should hopefully be over the next few months (i.e. basic notepad, dark mode, etc). The only critical feature I need that they don't have is the ability to have multiple "teams" under one account - to keep my 3 businesses separated, but still "together."
