The repertoire of experts (Tigerhall calls them 'Thinkfluencers') is quite good. I couldn't have imagined having access to senior leaders like MDs/CXOs of firms like Twitter, AWS, Google, or Facebook, even if I do a stellar job in my current role.

I love the investment in mental health for all professionals interacting with the app. The stigma on mental health and wellness has slowly been broken and the market is now making investments in the sustainability of the professional. Tigerhall is a safe space to not only get top tips but also mentorship and learn specific application so that you are able to level up as a top professional in your space. I always seem to find a podcast or Power Read that's exactly what I'm looking for right now. It's a small thing, but important. I don't want to scroll endlessly. The content is very specific and gives you actionable things you can apply instantly. That really helps to grow as a professional instead of passively consuming content and never applying any learnings. The people on the podcasts that share their expertise and knowledge are often really chill to listen to and the interviewer does a fantastic job letting them speak and she is sharp on details when necessary. Training over Zoom can never replace face-to-face sessions and hence, you do have to put in a certain amount of effort to remain focused - regardless of who the trainers/presenters are.
