The ever-growing library of podcasts and power reads goes beyond theory - they are life experiences from recognized leading practitioners in the industry. Each piece of content is bite-sized and readily available on the mobile phone - quite apparent from the high adoption rate within the organization. All that aside, the Tigerhall team has constantly gone beyond their call of duty to value-add to the organization's learning initiatives. I always seem to find a podcast or Power Read that's exactly what I'm looking for right now. It's a small thing, but important. I don't want to scroll endlessly. The content is very specific and gives you actionable things you can apply instantly. That really helps to grow as a professional instead of passively consuming content and never applying any learnings. The people on the podcasts that share their expertise and knowledge are often really chill to listen to and the interviewer does a fantastic job letting them speak and she is sharp on details when necessary. Wide variety of learning material; some go in-depth into specific skills. Some speakers were also genuinely helpful, and are experts in their fields. The repertoire of experts (Tigerhall calls them 'Thinkfluencers') is quite good. I couldn't have imagined having access to senior leaders like MDs/CXOs of firms like Twitter, AWS, Google, or Facebook, even if I do a stellar job in my current role.

Training over Zoom can never replace face-to-face sessions and hence, you do have to put in a certain amount of effort to remain focused - regardless of who the trainers/presenters are.
