Obviously there is not enough parking spots at the building my company is in. Can you do something about it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tidaro?

Tidaro is easy to use for our employees. Thanks to the mobile application, they can reserve a space at any time - a desk in the office or a parking space. The Tidaro team is always helpful and adapts applications to our needs. Tidaro has been with us from the very beginning and we hope it will stay that way. Our office is still expanding and Tidaro is constantly updating applications with new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidaro?

What do you like best about Tidaro?

Tidaro's been a game-changer for us in the parking management side of things. Now, everyone can just pop open the app to see if there's a spot for their car, which means we don't have to keep an eye on things all the time. It's saved us a ton of hassle.And gotta say, their support team is top-notch. They walked us through the whole setup, answered all our questions no matter how small, and were super quick to tweak the map of our parking area whenever we needed. It's hard for me to identify any specific problems at the moment - so far, we haven't observed anything that could arise in this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidaro?

Desk can be in one group. It would be helpful for us if one desk could be in more group. And it means that if user is in more groups, he has to choose group and then he sees empty desks of that one group. But it would be great if he can see all possible desks for him and not only one group.

What do you like best about Tidaro?

What I appreciate most about Tidaro is the simplicity of use, the speed of the system and the high reliability of the application.

So far, there have been no problems with its use in the organization.

What do you like best about Tidaro?

From the user's side, Tidaro is very accessible and easy to use, in fact, no one needs to be taught how to use it, because all can do it intuitively. The customer support team also deserves praise - you can always count on a very fast response time and successful resolution of any issues.
