What do you like best about TicketSource?

I like that you can add multiple users to one account. This allows everyone to have access but also keeps each individual accountable for their actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSource?

The ticket printer option is very difficult to work with. It's user interface is nice, but it seems to crash. However, I'm not 100% sure that isn't my own fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSource?

The percentage that TicketSource takes from your ticket sales compared to the competition is a lot smaller and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSource?

Nothing that would make me stop using the service. It would be nice to have a table seating plan layout rather than just normal seating / venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:

They are a very welcoming company to work with. I get occasional phone calls from them asking if there is anything that I need or any feedback that I can provide. If I ever have any questions I can easily contact them via phone, email or via a live chat service. They are also based in the UK so there aren't any outsourced tech support. They also offer charity organisation discounts on the total percentage they take off of the ticket sales which is nice. Overall I am very glad that we opted to use this company rather than others that were on offer. They are also very compliant when it comes to Data Protection, they have emailed me thoroughly about the changes that they are making to make sure that myself and them are compliant with the new GDPR that goes live in May 2018. What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

I help a local drama group sell tickets for their shows using TicketSource. The online presence is incredibly useful, as well as the web interface is easy to use as well. What do you like best about TicketSource?

I love the easy to use interface and ability to interrogate my customer data. It is easy to set up events and get tickets on sale really fast. Discount codes are easy to set up and the ability to take in house bookings is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TicketSource takes care of the whole process - even allowing for calls to be taken and tickets booked direct through TS call centre.
