Could use more stats on the web dashboard for the event, rest all ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketRoot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to run live ticketing with multiple ticket types, coupons and the like as well as white lable it on our own domain along with a white label attendee app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used them for ticketing, registration, badging and check-ins across two days. We also built out a custom attendee app with agenda and networking features. Their service and on ground badging speed was amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sticker lables used would be better if they were transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketRoot?

simple interface, TicketRoot has all the features with minimal friction for users and metchants. We created a large conference and tracked multi day attendances and food and beverage consumption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
