
Ticket Booth has turned what used to be multiple spreadsheets and headaches into an easy automated system that's already saved us hours of manuel updating. The system UI is intuitive and extremely easy to use, letting me quickly approve requests, allocate tickets, and track their usage. Everything is in one place, so I don't have to mess with spreadsheets or worry about losing track of tickets. And the learning curve is low so it doesn't require tons of training time for anyone to learn how to use it.
The other thing we love about Ticket Booth is that it provides real-time reports on how our tickets are used, making it easy for me to see what's working and what's not. The dedicated account managers are always ready to help without any call center hassle.
