The dishonesty and dark patterns which the company has built into it's system.
They take money from pros for leads, then use that money to post Google search ads, which compete against the pro's own ads. It's dishonest and when confronted about it the company will not provide refunds. We have utilized 0 leads from Thumbtacks because they are all out of our area or poor matches and have spent $150!
