The versatility. It allows you to setup lightbox popups, sliders, scroll-mats, based on triggers like time on page, % scrolled, Scrolled to a specific part of the content, when the user reaches the bottom of the page, etc. It also has locked content features, and "already subscribed" dynamic display. You can also fire it based on page/blog category, page URL, tag, etc. It's really amazing, it also has built-in stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I have to say is that it doesn't allow you to track clicks as conversions, only filled forms. That means that if you have a popup in a blog post that sends the user to a lead generation page, and you want to know how many have clicked on that particular button, you won't be able to unless you install Google Analytics. I have been using Thrive Leads on multiple sites since 2015. It's very reliable on all sites, even the large ones. Great way to display specific optins on specfic pages ( or group of pages) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their templates were a bit out of date. but they recently have added more modern templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that not only does this tool give you a lot of options, but that it keeps things consistent across the entire website. I love being able to add an opt-in to all my blog posts after the fifth paragraph, or being able to add a pop-up that only appears on certain pages at certain times. It allows me to keep my UX clean and consistent but still be effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's almost a bit too powerful, and the options can seem a bit overwhelming. I'd love to see a few templates at the top level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use the entire Thrive Suite, and it's a perfect combo to get leads or redirect users from one page to another and move them through your sales funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could have more pre-made designs. They are the same since a long time ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It used to have much better features than the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Speed optimization. Issues it causes. Of all the issues caused by optimizing the loading speed of a website, roughly 60% are caused by Thrive products. This is something that happened over a few years, it is not a one time occurence. Whatever justification they have for it, one thing stands out clearly. Other plugins do not cause as many issues as Thrive Leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are 3 things I really like with Thrive Leads. The customization you can have on the differents layouts is great. it's easy to change and can fit very well to your wordpress website. You han lots of differents options : rubon, pop up, content or side widgets...
Then the display rules are easy to set up when you have a blog or a website.
Finally the integrated A/B test system is great when you want to challenge a banner against another one. I have tested some other tools and that's really the best system for Wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing really I dislike. Maybe the fact that everything is in english. Some people may be confused with the English even thougn the onboadring process is quite clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Endless flexibility -- you can design your forms in a million different ways, and the split testing options are excellent. The built-in templates are also very good.
Also, Thrive Leads forms load very quickly, and the interface is fairly easy to use once you get used to it. (but expect to put some time into learning)
And from a tech standpoint, I have NEVER had a single problem with Thrive leads that was not user error. I wish I could say the same about Clickfunnels and Infusionsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the data reporting was more flexible. I would love to be able to export data into Google Sheets or Excel to play around. You can export your leads, but not long-term trends and things like that.
Also, there is something of a learning curve. Do not expect to pick it up instantly. I've been using Thrive products for a long time so I know them well, but they can be tricky to pick up.
There is also no live help -- you have to use a support forum (though the people staffing the forum are very good). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This plugin works really good if you're planning on a/b testing your call-to-actions. The a/b testing functionality helps you test different call-to-actions, value propositions, lead magnets, and every variable you can think of, with the help of the analytics you can decide which a/b test variable won. Also i really like the ability to trigger these pop-ups based on different user behaviour or on specific content (you can make rules to display these pop-ups). Aso there are different types of pop-ups for example slide, top of page, modal, in-content to name a few that makes this plugin very useful to capture prospect info. A plus is that you can make a connection to your CRM or email marketing program by using zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've have had problems when it comes to modifying lead capture forms, you're limited by displaying name, email and phone. Of course this is not a form plugin, but it would be really nice if you can build your own forms with more than 3 form fields. Nonetheless i've been able to display more complex forms by using a shortcode and using the element builder built-in with the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
