We have used their recovery software for over 5 years, recouping nearly 500k in Amazon reimbursements on our seller accounts and learning to package our products in the most cost effecient way. Channelreply carries all contacts to our help desk and we can manage the team easily. Moreover, all emails and activities can be tracked by the collaboration of two systems.
