The best thing about this product is the breadth of topics covered over both parts. Other trainings or resources on cybersecurity that I've seen sometimes cover fewer topics, leaving you with a feeling that you are not quite well informed enough. The next best thing about the training was ease of use, updates in advance on deadlines, and ease of obtaining a certificate at the end of the training.

A couple of minor issues. First, quiz questions can seem tricky. The reason for this is that they pull from the overview file and video for each module, but at first I was not aware of the overview and felt that the questions were asking about material not presented, but then I figured it out. To avoid such confusion, perhaps put all content into the videos and provide the overviews as a downloable text to store/read separately.

Second, the videos have nice animations but they should use a combination of videos and actual videos of avoiding cybersecurity threats instead of stock image-looking cartoons. For example, on link checking, people need to see a video of a mouse dragged over a link and hovering but not clicking. The same approach could help users with the idea of link expansion: show a video of this and where to look for the expanded link on the screen (sometimes this is in the bottom toolbar and not floating).

Third, new users may not be aware of the daily quizzes. I certainly would not. Now that I am aware of them I will try to do them more often because building coins can lead to gifts/perks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by the course's well-structured curriculum, which covered a wide range of essential cybersecurity topics.
