What do you like best about Thoughtly?

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

Our experience with Thoughtly has been nothing short of frustrating. We initially purchased credits in November/December but were unable to use them due to a verification process that was not clearly communicated. This process dragged on for weeks with little support from Thoughtly. Despite multiple follow-ups, we were eventually told that we would not be refunded or credited for the unusable credits—until we had to escalate the issue ourselves.

In January, we encountered yet another issue where the credits we paid for were not reflected in our account. Again, it took weeks of back-and-forth before any resolution was provided. The customer support team was slow to respond, often passing our case around without real progress.

Even after resolving the billing issues, we faced additional verification roadblocks with their third-party provider, Twilio. Thoughtly repeatedly asked us for the same information we had already provided, leading to more delays and unnecessary frustration.

Overall, Thoughtly’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and slow resolution of critical issues made for a highly disappointing experience. While their platform might have potential, their customer service and operational inefficiencies make it nearly impossible to rely on for business needs. If you need a platform that just works, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thoughtly?

I love the flow builder the best! Once you go through a few tutorials on how to use it, putting together a conversation flow is a nice experience. Their team also provides excellent customer support with weekly webinars where we get to ask questions to the Thoughtly team directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

I wish there were more ready-to-to templates but my understanding is that it's in the works so I'm pleased about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thoughtly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps greatly in freeing up my time so that I personally don't have to answer each and every call as the Thoughtly agent can both provide relevant information as well as book an appointment with a client on my calendar all without my input. So it helps me book appointments, as well as provide information to clients without my input. It's efficiency on steroids! Ways include :

- Booking appointments

- Answering client question

- Routing calls to available members of my team

What do you like best about Thoughtly?

We've worked with Thoughtly and several other Voice AI systems. While none of them are perfect, Thoughtly has been by far the most innovative platform, and their team has been super nimble as they've continued to iteratively improve.

The AI script editor is intuitive and easy to use, and the number of integration and feature roll outs has developed rapidly. We love that we aren't limited to their own internal voices, and we're able to use other third party voice applications. UI is great, and they have great agency support.

Overall, this is the system we recommend for our clients that are implementing Voice AI. Hands down 10 outta 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

Currently, there aren't any systems that are perfect. (Trust me, we've tried all of them) Known issues with any voice ai system is the occasional lagtime or a clunky response, but candidly, it's no worse than most humans. There have also been some user frustrations with how things have changed over time such as billing (not the pricing itself, as that's actually continued to improved especially if you're buying your minutes in bulk) but rather the mechanics of the billing infrastructure. What do you like best about Thoughtly?

The user interface is clean and well-organized, making it easier to navigate despite the platform’s robust features. The flow builder is very good!nand Its No code ! It takes time to understand and implement, but It will be so fun to do this.

Although there is a learning curve during setup, the overall ease of use is good. After doing the Implementation It makes a powerful tool for businesses as a call center. Currently I set two automation flows using Thoughtly. My Usage is currently low but planning to design more scenarios and Implement accordinly. Zapier Integration is a Plus. What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

Few areas Definately Thoughtly need to concentrate to Improve the product

1. Customer Support - Its very poor, you will not get quick response and Turn around time is max 5days which is a way long

2. Indian Numbers - I see there are no numbers for India which is a big Miss, even though If t is there, i yet to receive an update I dropped a query few days before.

3. Learning Curve - It is a Latest Tech so It takes good amount of time to understand the product and Implement to your business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thoughtly solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Thoughtly?

Thoughtly has a well thought out (pun intended) interface. Provides outbound calling for sales and inbound for customer service. Great for people who uses the phone for sales. Gives an alternative to use AI instead of hiring somebody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

thoughtly is very buggy and doesn't consisently work at times. different browsers have different issues. Some AI voices sound a bit robotic. Its going to take a while but I'm confident it'll get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
