As a power user of SAP Business One, I can count on thiere support to be timely when I need them, and solve the promblm as quickly as possible. I’m pleased to inform you that our previous SAP system had some challenges with logging in remote users, which impacted our efficiency. I think when it comes to upgrading our software and trying to figure out whether or not it is necessary for us is a challenge. For example we don't know when we should be upgrading the softwares unless something stops working or when we enhancing other programs only to find out not compatable with current SAP B1 unless we upgrade.
