The user management is only on the reporting level, and not on the assignment level.

Some of the features are not native to the platform, rather integrations with other tools, making it feel a little piecemeal sometimes. The level of customer support we have received is unmatched! We are currently migrating from an old LMS and integrating with Thinkific - they have been there for us every step of the way! Thinkific Plus has been a great LMS and provides our students with a modernized user interface. Our clientele is made up of students who may have anxiety about their coursework. Using Thinkific allows our students to focus on their actual coursework rather than have any concerns about technical issues. We routinely receive positive feedback from students that our platform is "easy to use." We upgraded to Plus and have appreciated the improved customer service we receive as a result. Some of the integrations don't work together. For example, we can't use a SCORM file and outside exam software together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to use! The platform is very user friendly and creating both courses and landing pages is very intuitive. We also installed Rob Galvin's PowerUps which gave us more possibilities to create really beautiful landing pages that match our brand.

It was a bit difficult to manage multiple languages within Thinkfic. It required us to create one site for each language, but since it wasn't possible to copy the content from one site to another, it required a lot of manual work to set it up and maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the variety of multimedia content that is supported when designing courses. Thinkific let us incorporate websites, blogs, video content, and interactive product demos (using Navattic) into a course and launch a fully-featured customer academy within 3-weeks of purchasing.

The sales and support folks we've interacted with are also fantastic. Our account executive and solutions engineer were both extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and Thinkific's support team always responds to inquiries within 24-hours. We appreciate it! While Thinkific Plus offers many layout options for product landing pages, I'd love to see more customization options for the student view of the Course Player. Specifically, the option to adjust the appearance of the nav bar, progress bar, etc. to fit our product design more seamlessly.

We'd also love to customize and format the automated messages sent to students upon course completion or other milestones.

All said, it's still a wonderful tool that we're very happy using and would recommend for anyone looking for a flexible no-code LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every aspect I've used was incredibly intuitive

There was virtually no learning curve, just a simple layout that was pretty much self explanatory.

Often the customer facing side of these sorts of things are simple but the back end is a complicated mess, not so here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few features missing that some of the more established link-in-bio type tools have long had or are rolling out.
