I rarely, if ever, encounter issues when utilizing this platform. The integrated AI feature for constructing landing pages has significantly conserved time and eliminated uncertainties associated with adhering to the latest best practices in copywriting. The pricing structure is reasonable; however, I would prefer the AI Agent to be included in the Grow plan, as it would assist in advancing my capabilities to a level that would enable me to afford the Plus program. Zoom Integrations have been instrumental in running weekly workshops and setting up private office hours. In over 5 years, the platform has never crashed or caused techinical issues for my students. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** At the moment, my main concern is that, as a small business, I can’t use the AI Agent because it’s only available to Plus members. I think it would be helpful if the developers reconsidered making this feature accessible to lower-tier members as well, especially for those of us who have maintained our membership for several years. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** The support, along with the ongoing learning webinars and whitepapers, has been really helpful in keeping me up to date on the latest updates and on how to use the new features. They stay focused on education and don’t feel overly salesy. ### 2. They also worked with us very specifically to help meet our goals and our business needs. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** There are still a few apps and integrations that could greatly improve the experience, but their partners like Rob Galvin and updates have lessened the needs for these integrations. Most of the improvements are still based around hybrid learning models and live training. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first problem they were solving for us was the ability to purchase directly from the education platform with their own stripe integration. For both subscriptions and transactional products. Any updates, coupons, promotions, or offers were quickly implemented and updated. They solved a problem of having to support different marketing, education, support, and operations platforms. With a simplified CRM and Thinkific, we were able to have a significant cost savings with no drop off in quality and experience for the user. ### 3. The course builder remains one of Thinkific’s strongest features — it’s intuitive, easy to train new admins on, and allows our team to launch and update courses quickly without heavy technical support. We’ve also appreciated continued improvements to Communities, site customization options, and the general admin experience. Thinkific makes it easy for our team to manage a large volume of content across multiple learning experiences while still maintaining a polished learner experience. The platform is especially strong for organizations that need to move quickly and keep course maintenance simple. The Thinkific Horizons event and recent product conversations have also shown a stronger focus on platform governance, AI-supported workflows, and improving the learner journey, which is encouraging as our training ecosystem continues to scale. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** As a Thinkific Plus customer operating in a corporate/B2B training environment, we’d still love to see more enterprise-focused functionality included natively within the platform rather than as paid add-ons. Many new features and enhancements introduce additional monthly costs, which can make scaling difficult for larger organizations already investing heavily in the platform. A lot of the feature updates are more for customers selling courses, rather than customers operating employee/cohort learning experiences. There’s also room for improvement around governance and content management at scale. Better organization tools, more flexible admin permissions (I know this is coming soon!), stronger reporting customization, and improved bulk management features would make a significant difference for teams managing large learning libraries and multiple stakeholder groups. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thinkific Plus helps us deliver course-based learning experiences to both our employees and customers with ease. The intuitive course builder and straightforward admin functions make it simple to create and launch new courses, which has streamlined our content delivery process. The recent improvements to the Analytics experience have also enhanced our ability to track progress and engagement, allowing us to better meet the needs of our B2B use case. ### 4. We can be considered a unique use case in many ways, and they are always willing to listen and help us reach our goals. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** While the app has improved, we still lack some features required for our users. We would also love a better Dashboard system. We have an endless scroll of courses. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** On our previous platform we were not able to whitelabel anything and our members got confused on who we were. Our company is all remote learning to the veterinary space and providing that in an educational platform elevates the training we are providing. We are now able to show our elegance we have always had in our learning, but was hidden by restrictions of our platform. ### 5. It's really helpful that it's kind of like a blank canvas where I can add my own graphic header and the questions I like. Thinkific has been really helpful as a space to make a creative learning process with a landing page where people can opt in when they want and go through the curriculum at their own pace. It has been great to use Thinkific as a centralized learning platform because it saves a lot of coaching calls and face-to-face meetings. After trying a learning platform with WordPress that was too clunky and didn't have the right tools we needed, we tried Thinkific, and it worked great. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** I would like there to be a way to add better headings. For all my headers, I've had to use a different application to create a graphic image that I then import myself, rather than having a place that creates a branded template on top of every page. The page builder for course pages and the front-end of the site makes it easy for beginners while also offering the flexibility for power users to edit page code. The integrations with zapier meant that we were able to automate our invoicing process. The performance was nearly 100% up time. The pricing was competitive. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** There were some pages where we were unable to fire javascript, which meant that we were limited in our customisations somewhat. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to offer course content in a digestable way for our users, while reporting on performance. The integration with Google Analytics and inhouse reporting meant we could manage our users to encourage course completion. We were able to improve our support services by ensuring our users were able to learn and self-serve with courses. The ability to charge for courses with the integration with Stripe made it easy for our accounting team. ### 9. I can quickly run different reports to keep an eye on revenue and fees, and the overall reporting process feels straightforward. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** In my experience, Thinkific doesn’t provide much support for setting up the correct tax amounts across different U.S. states or countries. It seems to default to a standard setting that doesn’t match the proper taxes for every location. This has led to issues and extra work on my end to reverse taxes that students were charged and paid incorrectly. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thinkific is the main platform I use to sell training courses. It handles registration, provides receipts, and keeps track of subscriptions and memberships, so I don’t have to. ### 10. Expensive. I used it with two different groups, and one we used some of the highest level of usage from 2018 through 2021. **What do you dislike about Thinkific?** We literally could not afford the price tag that was associated with the cost of maintaining courses. Additionally they changed policies that were detrimental to us. I have also leaned that they limit bandwidth so this is an absolute no go. **What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to provide quality content in a way that was attractive and thinkific did this in a way better than anyone else could. We created courses easily that allowed us to implement both in-person and asynchronous courses. We also created a library of courses using audio from lectures given in person.
