What do you like best about The Swarm?

I've wanted something like this for years and the Swarm has finally built it! It's a simple concept, but incredibly powerful in practice. I love that they've come up with a simple, reliable way to import everyone's LinkedIn contacts (which is quite challenging technically). The user onboarding flow for our users is super fast and slick. Really easy to use. Great data privacy policy. Also their team is very supportive and delightful to collaborate with. What do you dislike about The Swarm?

It can be a bit of a challenge to get straggling team members to actually set it up. But their customer success folks have been great at helping us navigate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's the only tool we've found which lets you search your team's collective social network, even letting you filter by connection strength. This is insanely useful for a number of things: Prospecting, finding contacts in target companies, recruiting, sourcing collaborators & vendors. It's kind of like having social media super powers. What do you like best about The Swarm?

I love how The Swarm helps me find warm connections and leads to accelerate sales, user research (UXR), and recruting. I have used The Swarm for all these use cases and have found a great return on investment compared to any other channel I have used.

What do you dislike about The Swarm?

I love the product the area where I would find it more useful is an easy mechanism to gett more people on my team and affiliated to my company (e.g. investors) to join my network. The Swarm supports this functionality but at times I found that I could get more out of the product if I cuold get all relevant people to join at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Swarm provides an opportunity to return to networking as it was originally intended, with direct engagement through trusted resources. As with most new tools, there are numerous competing demands to satisfy a variety of user needs. The Swarm is working diligently to close gaps, specifically around the integrity of data contained within a mountain of data, which will continue to improve the accuracy and reliability of user information. What problems is The Swarm solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our purposes, The Swarm is helping to generate new prospects for a peer-to-peer advisory group. While the current members of the group are well-connected, it is not their natural position to utilize their network for growth. The app offers an extensive and accurate database, streamlining lead generation and boosting outreach, with its network mapping feature visualizing our connections and their potential prospects.
