Before COVID, I would have said that it would be nice to have some of their key team here in my city so we could meet in-person regularly for brainstorming, strategy work, etc. - but in the new reality, we've integrated them into our collaberation systems and processes so we are in constant communication. Campaign Framework and process flow: We can set up our main campaigns and group program families accordingly. It helps us to keep more organized when looking at the bigger picture.

Buyer journey roadmap: The collaboration and discussion with a broader group helped us to identify appropriate content and gain consensus on what we can offer at each stage of the journey. It was helpful to have multiple viewpoints during the discussion.

Pardot email and landing page templates: The development of new email and landing page templates has made a huge difference. Our old templates had multiple formatting issues and weren't customizable without knowing a lot of coding. The new templates are easier to work with and customize.

Lead Management: Lead routing and processes continue to be a discussion but this conversation was helpful in that it got everyone on the same page. We had a group discussion on lead scoring, processing and routing, SLAs and metrics. We gained consensus as a group and walked away with executables. We have a good foundation to work from and build on.

The one drawback for our firm was the lack of subject matter expertise when we tried to use Pedowitz for a specific persona based campaign that required content creation/thought leadership. It was a tough ask we placed on them since we are a niche financial industry and the content just missed the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really, I wish all our vendors would be as nimble and effective as TPG Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TPG allows us to operate our automated marketing solution. Marketo is a complex, multi-faceted tool and it would take a lot of resources to gain expertise on the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
